The US has stalled but not defeated the Iran-Pakistan Pipeline.
The need for Iranian natural gas is too great, and the Chinese Gwadar Port in Balochistan Province is too near the Iran border. Liquid gas will flow in two years, and the long effort of the US to block it will cost the US dearly.
